Stunning custom built beach home with  2 master suites and elevator! Sunrises and sunsets await you from either of the two-tier front and back decks of this custom new 2nd row beach home! Sip coffee from our fully stocked coffee bar with ocean views from the third level covered front deck in our outdoor captain's chairs! From the back decks you'll find yourself lost in the peace and tranquility of the most gorgeous sunsets NC has to offer in our outdoor rockers. Large island and dining, kayaks, grill, bikes!

Spacious bedrooms include 2 king rooms, 1 queen room and one bunk room including twin over full bunks and a trundle option. En-suites in the king rooms, Jack and Jill shared between queen and bunk room. Large open reverse floor plan with beautiful coastal decor and custom built everything! Smart TVs in all rooms and living area.

Entire home with exception of closet in foyer on bottom level.

Messages will be sent to guests at certain times during their booking/stay. We will be available to contact via cell for needs/issues.

Beach homes, condos, family owned and vacation rentals.

Parking for at least 5 utilizing the carport area as well as driveway. Plenty of room for your boat/jet ski. "Pay to park" at various spots and beach accesses on the Island, utilizing credit card payment, while there are some beach access points that are still free.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
